“JINGLE” ALL THE WAY!!
CALLING ALL AGES TO COME CHANNEL YOUR INNER “LYRICIST” AND “SALESPERSON!!”
Have you ever heard the old saying “ A good salesperson can sell anything?”
Well, that is true for in person sales, of course, but it is also true for television commercials too.
If the commercial features a person(s) with strong acting and communication skills promoting the product, you will be enticed to rush to your nearest store to buy whatever it is they are trying to sell!
And an additional great way to ensure that the commercial will definitely capture the consumer’s attention and that the product will become a “household name” for years to come is to add a fun and catchy JINGLE to it!
For instance – how about the “Kit Kat Bar” jingle? Everyone knows that tune – “Give me a break, give me a break! Break me off a piece of the Kit Kat Bar!!”
SO COME JOIN US IN AUGUST AS WE TAKE THE “JINGLE” COMMERCIAL TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL!!!
General Information
- All participants will be divided into a small group of their peers.
- Each of the groups will go to their own Zoom Breakout Room to work together to create a memorable “JINGLE” COMMERCIAL promoting a really fun item!!
- Each group will share their finished “Jingle” Commercial with their consumers (aka the other participants, families & friends) at our Zoom “Jingle Time” on 8/29
- This workshop is for 8 yr olds thru Adults
- Registration Fee: $35.00 (per family)
Schedule
- A typical session will look like this:
- 5:30 to 5:45 OPENING for all participants,
- 5:45 to 6:45 BREAKOUT ROOM GROUP WORK
- 6:45 to 7:00 CLOSING for all participants.
- Workshop Dates (5:30 to 7:00): (At the 8/23 session each group will be given a specific rehearsal/recording time.)
- Sunday August 9th
- Sunday August 16th
- Thursday August 20th
- Sunday August 23rd – FINAL REHEARSAL/RECORDING
- Monday August 24th – TBA (keep this night open in case we need to redo any of the recordings)
- Sat. August 29th – Zoom “JINGLE TIME”!!!
